Jeff Came Over Last Night For Bacon Wrapped Grilled Backstrap ...

and brought some of his ground venison from one of the Bucks he got at the McLane farm in E TX. He and Frank ran it through the electric grinder mixing in some pork. Ran that through the Enterprise Press to make about 30 lbs of Summer Sausage. In the Bradley Smoker now.
