Dudley spent a lot of weekends out there four wheeling in Dudleys Jeep CJ 5 and shooting giant Alligator Gar from the Cliffs. Dove hunting, Quail hunting, Turkey hunting, Squirrel hunting, Rabbit hunting, Coon hunting and Deer hunting and fishing for Bass, Catfish, Sandbass and Crappie in Gods great outdoors!

Used that tow bar many times to pull the Jeep behind Dudleys pick up from East TX out to Dudleys Uncles ranch in West TX. Dudley and Sparky would load the Jeep up with sleeping bags, archery gear during bow season, rifles during gun season. Would take a Coleman lantern and cook stove. fire wood for the outside camp fire and the wood stove in the riverside cabin. Food and drink for two or three days of fun out in Palo Pinto County on the Brazos River. A lot of great memories four wheeling, hunting and fishing in Gods great outdoors!

The CJ 5 first arrived in dealer showrooms in 1955. Basically a civillian-issue M-38 A1 Military Jeep.
Production soldiered on until 1983. A total of 603,303 were built during the 29 year run.
Dudleys 1983 Jeep CJ 5 he bought new in Malakoff TX. Dudley still has it. So many great memories!
