Frank Went By The Country Meat Market ...

on  the way home from work yesterday, he got some BBQ Rub to use on the Hog that is sitting in the Icehole Cooler on Dudleys back porch. He has iced it down and been draining the water everyday. Last night he added salt and two gallons of Apple Cider. Going to go to East TX this evening to work on setting up and finish building his new deer stand. Saturday morning he is going to build a fire in his Grandfathers big BBQ Pit and smoke a whole hog for the first time. Going to make some tasty Pulled Pork sandwiches. He also got two bacon wrapped Filet Migons that he cooked for dinner last night. One of the best steaks Dudley has ever eaten!
