Frank And Jeff Are Going Back To The Texas Coast ...
in about three weeks. They are going to take their kayaks down and do some fishing in the bay and they are going to take the power boat down on an overnight trip at the legendary landcut. Jeff's grandfather owns a remote fishing cabin down there. Dudley bought some more shrimp and crab flies and a saltwater popper for Frank and Jeff to use down there at night fishing under the generator powered lights. They have had good luck in the past fishing the topwater popper on a fly rod with a dropper shrimp or crab fly tied to the hook on a short leader. Hopefully they will catch a bunch of speckled trout and if they are real lucky a redfish.
