Frank Made It Back Yesterday From His Hunting Trip ...

to East Texas. He did not see a single deer or wild hog but that is hunting in East Texas. Yesterday afternoon, he put Dudley's old deer feeder up. The timer is shot after the loggers knocked it over and it sat in about six inches of water for an extended period of time. Frank's grandfather is going to take the timer off and turn it into a gravity flow feeder. As best as Dudley can remember the hopper will hold up to 250 pounds of corn which should last a pretty good while. They put this up on the other end of the power line right of way that Frank hunts on. It looks like it is going to be unseasonably warm next weekend so Frank is thinking about waiting another week and hoping for a cold front to cool things off. The Cowboys beat the Eagles last night which is always nice. I don't think the Mavericks are playing tonight but will have to check and see. I know they are playing Tuesday and Wednesday. I have to go get ready to pick Lizzie up at school.

Comments:
Well, sometimes that's the way it works out.

Don't you know it Hermit.
