Pic From Over 25 Years Ago In Saginaw TX ...

Brightly colored Santa Fe War Bonnets passing each other. Dudley has been to that same location many times to watch trains. Now all you see is a bunch of BNSF Green and Oramge locomotives and maybe if you are lucky an Amtrack Passenger train or a switcher across the way at the concrete grain silos. Besides BNSF. You can go see Union Pacific trains in Fort Worth to the south. Also if you go  to the right place in Fort Worth, you might see a KCS train or a FWWR train which is a shortline RR. You also can see the commuter train that runs between Fort Worth and Dallas, the Trinity Railway Express. So many great fallen flags have disappeared due to mergers. In the past Dallas and Fort Worth had many railroads that are gone now.

Texas and Pacific
MKT
Missouri Pacific
Rock Island
Fort Worth and Denver
Cotton Belt
Southern Pacific
Santa Fe
Frisco

There may be a few others but that is what Dudley can recall.
